Why is the liver so important? Well, according to Wikipedia to read what was written.
The liver is an important organ present some links to other animals. There are a wide range of functions, including purification, protein synthesis, and production of biochemicals needed to digest. The liver is essential in order to survive, and there currently is no way to compensate for liver dysfunction.
This body plays an important role in metabolism and has a number of roles in the body, including glycogen storage, the breakdown of red blood cells, plasma protein synthesis, hormone production, and purification. It lies below the diaphragm in the chest and abdomen. It produces bile, a basic connection that helps digestion by emulsifying fats. It also performs and regulates a wide range of high-volume biochemical reactions requiring very specialized tissues, including the synthesis and distribution of small molecules and complex, many of them essential normal vital signs.
Simply put the liver is the body's filter. If the filter clean and filter the air as the soil gas into a car and causing all sorts of problems. So it's with life on the body, if not all the time in good condition so toxic poisons can enter the bloodstream and cause all sorts of problems.
Do yourself a favor and make sure you eat lots of good food antioxidants to the liver. These foods include blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, raspberries, black grapes, watermelon, pomegranate to name a few. I personally like the Acai berry from Brazil as one of the best anti-oxidants on the planet.
Remember when you drink too much alcohol and coffee too much, you can cause serious damage, so it's important that to return it in good condition by eating food or drinking juice that is full of antioxidants and phytonutrients and bioflavinoids.
